♥ the cross

i just realised something..

when in the world the cross become a decoration?!

what does the cross mean to you? think about it.

this is what the cross means to me. it's a symbol of death. it's where my saviour was hung, and upon that cross all my sins was taken away. yes it's a symbol of hope that we have in jesus. yet.. as we put our cross necklaces every day (if we do own one..)

didn't jesus say, that if anyone should come after him, they must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow him? we die to ourselves, and live our God! since when was it pretty...

unless u're thinking about how awesome life with God is. =) but man, it sure isn't something decorative.

♥ A Level Results

hey everyone (: as most of you know.. i'm in the newspapers. wahaha! Second in school, 4 As and a B3 for my GP (: thanks for all the well-wishes and the cutting of my face out of the newspapers =P

but honestly, it wasn't me.

It wasn't my hard work, wasn't my "brains", or whatever. It was the grace of God on my life, and I know (trust me) that the results wasn't earned by me. So.. all glory to God and He rocks =) if you want grades like mine, my advice is.. ask God for it. =D

and and AND!! lemme tell what rocks more than getting second in school and getting onto the newspapers. (: worshipping God. i mean.. after my results, sure i was happy and stuff, but something was missing. and i realised that what i really wanted to do was to worship God u know, and there's really NOTHING ELSE BETTER IN THIS WORLD =D When we actually get to taste how good God is.... nothing beats him. And i'm so happy that i've gotten to know a god like God =D

There's no God like mine!! =)
