i can't think straight in army. i always feel so.. clouded. i don't know =/ maybe i'm just too busy and i don't take a deep breath and focus on God. maybe i should start.. hmmm...


anyway. 16km in 1hr 10min(: i'm gonna push myself for 42km in 3hr 30mins. i don't care if i get injured. it's probably my last shot at running my best marathon while i'm still young. i'm so disgusted with my recent slow 2.4km timings and lack of running in general. what kind of a fitness spec am i -_- time to RUN!


on a side note, i'm obessed with david cook's always be my baby. ahaha.
